DR. ABHA MAJUMDAR IVF SPECIALIST DELHI

Prof. Dr. Abha Majumdar is the Director and Head of the ‘Centre of IVF and Human Reproduction’ at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital New Delhi. She has been attached to the hospital since 1987 as consultant Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She was a part of the formative team of this IVF centre since its inception in the year 1990. She has been in the team of doctors responsible for the first IVF baby born in 1991 and the first frozen ooctye baby born in Jan 2009 of Northern India.

Dr. Abha Majumdar did her MBBS and MS (Obs/Gyn) from S.N. Medical College, Agra and was awarded fellowship of the international college of surgeons (FICS) in 1994. The title of professor was conferred to her by GRIPMER University in 2013.

Now in hindsight when i compare other physicians who are doing their private practice and doing IVF, most of them are inexperienced and doing it for money. Dr Abha puts enormous amount of effort and her insights are invaluable in complex case such as ours. Her team is unmatched and 2nd to none in the competition. She is Messenger of God on the planet called earth. We met atleast 4-5 IVF consultant no one can even come closer to Dr Abha. She is genuine, compassionate, professional and thoroghly competent.We should have gone to her much earlier. Excellent work Dr Abha, Thanks for giving us and countless other couples precious gift of parenthood..�

  She is a fraud, they are running ivf business. Abha will meet you for the first time for 2 minutes and after that her assistants will treat you. They are only concerned about your money, don't care whether you conceive or not. They will initially recommend you some treatment saying you cant have a baby and then will remove your ovary claiming health disorder..which by the way doesn't even exist. Finally they will recommend to go for ivf with one ovary left.
Thankfully we went for second recommendation with another doctor and got saved. Please avoid if you can, they are like money making machines and will make you spend like crazy for innumerable tests and false treatment!

  I sought medical assistance due to a health issue, for one of my family member trusting that the doctor would prescribe the right treatment to help me recover. However, my hopes were shattered when it became evident that the prescribed medication was not only ineffective but also worsened my condition.

This oversight or carelessness in prescribing the appropriate medication not only prolonged my suffering but also raised serious questions about the competency and diligence of the healthcare provider. It's disheartening to think that a trusted professional's negligence can have such a negative impact on one's health and well-being.

  Dr Abha has been our pillar of support and has been patient with us all throughout.. She always tried to identify the root cause of the problem and then focussed on treating it.. She is very calm and always calmed and counselled my wife as well to not to think of any past complications and focus on current treatment which was very helpful. She has a wonderful and dedicated team as well including Dr.Gaurav Sir, Dr Tejshree, Dr Tanu, Dr Bhawani, Dr Yukti, Dr Niti, Mr.Ranjan or Ajay Sir ji(apologies if i missed any name).. With the support of this wonderful team we were able to navigate these 9 months and blessed with a handsome baby boy..
